All commissions must be paid in full upfront.

The payment will be via PayPal.

Installment payments can be agreed individually.

The payment has to be sent as “Friends & Family” due to personal reasons. I’ve many satisfied customers and can be trusted to deliver my works. You can also check out my finished queue list on my trello!

TAT 1-3 weeks depending on the order, queue and waitlist.

I do Rush TAT but it takes a fee, price depending on the art.

No refunds.

Please provide many visual references as possible.

If you refer to mainly text references a fee up to 25% of the base price might apply.

I'll do my best to portrait the character to your liking but also keep in mind that details and the overall vibe will be drawn in my own kind of style.

I most likely use 3D models, photos, pose references etc. If you want me to work from scratch without any references please let me know while requesting your order.

You'll get a WIP (work in progress) of the sketch, where you can ask for any kind of change. After that no major changes will be accepted unless it's about a minor detail or you're willing to pay an extra fee for further bigger revisions.

I have the right to cancel your commission at any time or to reject. If I cancel your commission and haven't started yet you'll get a refund.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to resell or reuse the copyrighted artwork.

I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. I can display it anywhere to my liking, post it wherever I want.

Once your order is placed I consider my T.O.S as accepted.

You can adjust minor details to your liking.

You are allowed to resell for the same or lower price.

You are allowed to resell for a higher price when the character gained additional artworks / commissions.

If the character is traded don't sell it unless it has gained value in art / commissions.

You are allowed to trade the design but always credit the rightful creator.

You are not allowed to claim my art or art made by other artists as yours.

After payment you'll get the images via drive link or email and the toyhouse transfer.
